High Voltage Equipment
Heat Reduction Pad
TECHNICAL OVERVIEW
Heat Reduction Pad Technology Overview
Many high-voltage motors are used in power plants, and high-voltage motors use mica as the main insulator.
Insulators are deteriorated by thermal, electrical, mechanical, and environmental factors, and if the temperature is increased by 10℃ above the specified temperature, the life of the insulator is reduced by half.
PACT-Alliance's heat reduction pad can reduce thermal damage to insulation and increase its lifespan.
It simply attaches to the surface of the motor in use, eliminating the need for additional maintenance such as cooling units installed to reduce heat.
Heat Reduction Pad Structure
- Maintaining a firm shape between the
adhesive layer and the outer copper foil layer
- Sufficient heat dissipation effect to the
outside/Oxidation resistance,
weather resistance.
- The heat source of the heat dissipation
adhesive layer is sufficiently diffused
and discharged
- Application of artificial graphite
and other candidate substances
- Primary heat source heat dissipation
/Low VOC
- Derivation of optimal ratios such as
compatibility with heat dissipation powder,
heat dissipation performance,
and physical property price
- Excellent adhesion even when only a
portion of oil remains on the surface
