High Voltage Equipment

Heat Reduction Pad

TECHNICAL OVERVIEW

Heat Reduction Pad Technology Overview

Many high-voltage motors are used in power plants, and high-voltage motors use mica as the main insulator.

Insulators are deteriorated by thermal, electrical, mechanical, and environmental factors, and if the temperature is increased by 10℃ above the specified temperature, the life of the insulator is reduced by half.

PACT-Alliance's heat reduction pad can reduce thermal damage to insulation and increase its lifespan.

It simply attaches to the surface of the motor in use, eliminating the need for additional maintenance such as cooling units installed to reduce heat.

There is no other alternative than the method of attaching a separate cooling device for heat dissipation
and temperature reduction of domestic motors.
When a separate cooling device is attached, not only the cooling device management cost and manpower are required,
but the cooling device itself is added as a management facility.
