Heat-Reduction Pads

TECHNICAL OVERVIEW

Heat Reduction Pad Technology Overview

This functional heat dissipation pad instantly releases internal heat from high-voltage motors. It prevents insulation degradation

and reduces costs without requiring equipment retrofits.

Heat Reduction Pad Structure

Heat/Corrosion Resistant Print

- Maintaining a firm shape between the

adhesive layer and the outer copper foil layer

Heat conduction diffusion layer

- The heat source of the heat dissipation

  adhesive layer is sufficiently diffused

  and discharged

Application of artificial graphite

  and other candidate substances

High heat-resistant thin film adhesive layer

-  Primary heat source heat dissipation

   /Low VOC

-  Derivation of optimal ratios such as

   compatibility with heat dissipation powder,

   heat dissipation performance,

   and physical property price

- Excellent adhesion even when only a

portion of oil remains on the surface

There is no other alternative than the method of attaching a separate cooling device for heat dissipation
and temperature reduction of domestic motors.
When a separate cooling device is attached, not only the cooling device management cost and manpower are required,
but the cooling device itself is added as a management facility.
